1. Backlinks

External links which point to a specific web site. IE: web site "A" contains a link which points to web site "B". Web site "B" would therefore have a backlink.

2. Bounce Rate

Web analytics metric representing the percentage of visitors to a web site that exit the site after having viewed only one page. Theoretical ideal is zero but the average is approximately 70%. A high percentage is indicative of issues pertaining to the quality of the content, site structure, or relevance to the search term.

3. Canonical URLs
